This month on Legacy Dad we are going to discuss media issues with parenting. The biggest issues are television, computers and computer games, cell phones and social networking sites like facebook, myspace and youtube. I would love to sit here and tell you that this is not an issue in our family but in fact, we struggle with media limits too.

When you put legacy dad in perspective we have to reflect on how important leaving a legacy becomes from generation to generation. This weekend is the "Super Bowl" of Christianity. As we celebrate Christmas as the birth of Jesus, we celebrate Easter for the death and resurrection of Jesus the Christ.
Tomorrow is Good Friday in the passion and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. He was beaten, scourged and hung on a tree for sin and crimes that he did not commit. He stood in our place and for as judgement as the ultimate priest of the order of Melchizadek.No longer would we need animal sacrifice to atone for our sins as Christ is the perfect lamb who through his blood we have a new covenant. He has done it all for us. He has taken the wrath of God from us. He paid the price once and for all.
